Switching Lanes

I’ve decided to spend the next six months riding on the left side of the road, figuratively of course. I’m switching it up. I’m ready to drive full speed head – outside of my comfort zone. I’m ready to create work that challenges and changes me. Not just my photography but the way I look at life, people and the world around me.

I’m ready to take this journey. No more standing on the sidelines continuing to create good work. I’m striving for greatness.

But to do it, I must step off the curb and get into the fast lane. Time to hit the accelerator and………………SWITCH LANES.

Happy NEW YEAR…2012 is Full of Promise

A Little Holiday Cheer…

Can you believe it…it’s Christmas Eve!! I’m writing this post from a cozy little spot at my parents home. It’s nice to be around family and friends during this time of year. But let us not forget the many who will be alone during this season. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers as you share this holiday with the ones we love. Have a wonderful Christmas. (I’m hoping for snow.)

Charles + Gaynelle in Love

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, Charles and Gaynelle share their love of life and each other while we settling in a fun mini holiday shoot. It was a joy to be around these two and get to know them better. Gaynelle and I have been talking about a mini session for a while now. I can’t wait for our next shoot together. We’ve got some fun things in store.

Powell Holiday Mini Session Fun

It’s amazing how they grow. I remember the first time I photographed this sweet little girl. She was a baby and look at her now. She’s growing before my eyes. And not only is she growing, so is her family. She’s a big sister now with the addition of her baby brother, the Powell family has grown.

We are so blessed to be able to work with you as our family has grown over the years starting with our engagement and pre-wedding pics to these of our family of five. wow…u have photographed the most important memories of my life! we will be in contact for a session just for baby tre!
